Join a welcoming virtual space where LGBTQ+ adults can share experiences, feel affirmed, and build supportive connections. Over the seven week experience, Brittany Gates and Levi White will facilitate the exploration of identity, boundaries, relationships, and coping skills in a respectful and empowering environment. Whether you’re seeking community, clarity, or tools for managing stress, this group offers space to show up as your full self.

What You’ll Gain from the Group

Throughout the group, participants will have the opportunity to discuss identity development, boundaries, minority stress, and identity disclosure while also building practical coping and emotional regulation skills. Conversations may also explore relationships, chosen family, and challenges related to substance use, all within a space that prioritizes respect, safety, and affirmation.

Dates: March 26 – May 7 (7 weeks)

Time: Thursday evenings from 6:30–8:00pm (EST)

Location: Virtual (attend from the comfort of your home)

Cost: Membership is available at no cost
