EmpowerKids: Life And Social Skills for Kids in K-5th Grade
Help Your Child Build Confidence and Thrive
In today’s fast-changing world, children face more stress and challenges than ever before. Learning how to handle these feelings and situations early on builds confidence, resilience, and healthy relationships that last a lifetime.
EmpowerKids is a fun, supportive group designed specifically for elementary-aged children. Through engaging activities and discussions, kids will learn to:
- Manage stress and big emotions
- Communicate effectively
- Build empathy and self-awareness
- Problem-solve and bounce back from setbacks
- Develop strong social skills
Led by Ericka Jennings, LGPC, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor and former elementary school teacher, this group offers children a safe space to grow — with guidance from someone who truly understands their world.
Give your child the tools to feel confident, connected, and capable.
