Client Liaison & Outreach Coordinator

Coach Tetiwe is not only our Parent and Life Transitions Coach—she also serves as the Client Liaison and Outreach Coordinator at Washington Psychological Wellness, ensuring that our clients feel supported, heard, and cared for throughout their time with us.

Her Role & Responsibilities:
As Client Liaison, Coach Tetiwe serves as a compassionate advocate for clients who are already engaged in care. While she does not handle scheduling or clinical matters, she is available to check in periodically to ensure clients feel comfortable with their therapist match and supported in their overall experience with the practice. Her focus is on the human side of care—fostering connection, trust, and satisfaction.

Supporting Your Success:
Coach Tetiwe believes that ongoing, non-clinical support is a key part of the therapeutic process. She may reach out following a client’s first appointment, after the initial weeks of care, or at other meaningful points—always with the goal of offering encouragement, answering general questions, and helping clients feel seen and valued outside of session.

Community Outreach:
As Outreach Coordinator, Coach Tetiwe also builds relationships with healthcare providers, schools, and local organizations across Montgomery County to expand awareness of our services. She helps maintain the personal, community-based approach that defines our award-winning practice.

Her Approach:
Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and Coach Tetiwe is here to support that journey by offering a warm and welcoming touchpoint beyond the therapy room. Whether clients want to share feedback or simply connect, she is a trusted presence who listens with empathy and care.

What Makes Her Different:
In larger practices, it’s easy to feel like just another name on a list. At Washington Psychological Wellness, Coach Tetiwe helps ensure that doesn’t happen. Her role is not about rescheduling or clinical oversight—it’s about making sure every client feels genuinely supported and valued as a whole person.

Coach Tetiwe embodies our personalized, boutique-style approach—ensuring that each individual feels nurtured, respected, and empowered every step of the way.
