Shelby Martone is one of the friendly voices on the other end of the phone when you call Washington Psychological Center. As one of Washington Psychological Wellness Client Care Coordinators, Shelby handles client phone calls and emails, scheduling, insurance inquiries, and other administrative matters such as client forms, paperwork, and general questions.

Shelby obtained her certifications in Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy in 2016, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Shelby is experienced in medical assisting, medical receptionist, scheduling, and other administrative and clerical office settings. 

Shelby is a very versatile person with the compassion to help others. She always strives to learn new things and overcome life’s challenges. When not working, Shelby is the mother of an amazing 4-year-old boy who is her entire world!

Shelby looks forward to creating a solid and trusting relationship within the Washington Psychological Wellness team and community!
