Sam Lee, LCPC
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Samuel Lee, LCPC, is a licensed clinical mental health counselor. He obtained his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in integrative spirituality from Loyola University. At Loyola University, Samuel learned how to integrate spirituality as a resource to help clients navigate difficult life circumstances.
Samuel has over a decade worth of experience in the mental health field. Prior to licensure, he worked on a residential unit for adolescents who suffered from behavioral and mental health illnesses. There, he worked closely with the students to learn, manage, and navigate effective life skills. In 2016, Samuel attended Loyola University’s clinical mental health counseling program to further his skills and obtain licensure to practice as a clinical mental health counselor.
Samuel utilized an eclectic model of psychotherapy to provide a customized and adaptable approach for his clients. He will work with you to not only understand your emotional experiences, but to assist you in harnessing your emotional state so you can interact more effectively with your environment. Using warmth, understanding, sympathy, empathy, reflections, understanding your “language” to help model appropriate and effective means of being, with a good laugh. Openness, flexibility, and curiosity will be the client’s new guiding principles when they are face-to-face with the unknown.
Samuel works with adolescents (14+) and adults in areas of Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Spirituality, Life Transitions, Emotional Recognition, and Coping Skills.
