Natalie Osoria, LCSW-C, is a Licensed Clinical Social worker passionate about empowering her clients to overcome life’s challenges and achieve the goals they envision for themselves. Natalie graduated magna cum laude with honors from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice with her Bachelor’s in Forensic Psychology and received her Master’s in Clinical Social work from Rutgers University. While studying at Rutgers, she also completed a specialized clinical training certificate program in addictions, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Natalie is dual-licensed in New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC).

Natalie is a warm, inviting, and multiculturally competent clinician who collaboratively works to help her clients meet their personalized goals in a safe, caring environment. Natalie has extensive experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds from various treatment settings, including inpatient residential and outpatient mental healthcare. She works with adults and adolescents (ages 14 and up) and specializes in issues such as anxiety, depression, addictions, substance use, relationship issues, and life transitions. Natalie takes an integrative approach to treatment, utilizing a variety of clinical techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused approaches, and strengths-based methods. 

Natalie believes in creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients can openly express their thoughts and feelings as an essential path to positive change. Overall, Natalie aims to help you live a healthy, adaptive, and balanced life that is both authentic and satisfactory to you.
