Lisa is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical and a board-approved clinical supervisor in Maryland.  Lisa earned her master’s in social work with a clinical concentration and behavioral health specialization after earning her bachelor’s in psychology and social work. With thirty years of eclectic clinical experience and eighteen years of behavioral health leadership experience, Lisa has helped a variety of people with diverse needs. This includes children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, parents,  groups, communities, students, and professionals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress,  compassion fatigue, burnout, life changes, and workplace challenges. Lisa utilizes a holistic and integrative approach to psychotherapy based on client needs. Cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based, person-centered, solution-focused, family-systems, psychoeducation, and meditation are some of the evidence-based practices. Empathy, compassion, trust, and unconditional regard are the foundation of the therapeutic relationship with Lisa.  

Lisa is a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional. Through telehealth, Lisa is focused on supporting professionals, including helping professionals such as psychotherapists, supervisors, administrators, and healthcare professionals to improve or sustain their overall well-being and quality of life.
