Keona Nichols is a wonderful addition to our Washington Psychological Wellness team. As one of the insurance billers here at Washington Psychological Wellness, Keona is the person that handles clients’ insurance claims, checking eligibility and benefits, and questions clients may have regarding their insurance coverage.
Keona obtained her Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Music and Psychology in Education in 2019. Since then she pursued a Master’s in Moderate/Severe Special Education and was a Mod/Severe Autism teacher for 3 years. She has since become experienced in medical billing and coding.
Keona is a kindhearted person, who truly values what we are doing here at Washington Psychological Wellness. When she isn’t working, she is a stay-at-home mom to her 2-year-old daughter and 7-month-old son. Being a mom is her pride and joy!
Keona is very excited to be a part of the team here, and is looking forward to working alongside us and you!
