In Kara’s work with you, her goal will be to improve your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to enhance your quality of life. Kara’s goal is to provide simplistic educational tools curtailed to each client’s needs to understand therapy in its simplest form as “a stripping down of one’s emotions, thoughts, behaviors,  feelings, traumas, experiences to gain a more efficient understanding of a deep personal self-awareness.” As individuals learn more about themselves and their surroundings, they will garner self-actualization, enjoy life more frequently, and achieve their work, family life balance, and goals.
