Jenn Williams

Jenn is a senior undergraduate family science major at the University of Maryland, College Park. She worked in many different research positions throughout her college years. She helped organize and carry out a pilot study examining the relationship between women’s reproductive health and mental well-being. She also worked as a research assistant at the Maryland Psychotherapy Clinical Research Lab, where she studied therapists’ and clients’ behaviors to improve therapeutic methods.

Jenn took part in many other organizations committed to destigmatizing mental illness and helping other students through an anonymous crisis intervention helpline. She plans to continue research in these fields and attend a graduate social work program in the Fall of 2021 with aspirations to become a therapist.
