EmpowerKids: Life And Social Skills for Elementary School Aged Children

Empower Kids group

Children are exposed to various stressors and challenges in the rapidly changing world. Learning to cope with these challenges from a young age is crucial. EmpowerKids aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment where elementary-aged children can learn essential social and life skills. This group will focus on stress management, self-awareness, empathy, effective communication, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Ericka Jennings, Clinical Mental Health Intern at Washington Psychological Wellness, will lead the sessions.
