Dr. Kristy LaMar, PhD is an experienced therapist with a doctorate in Educational and Counseling Psychology and a personal journey marked by resilience as a brain tumor survivor. With a deep commitment to mental health, Dr. LaMar draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exploratory Psychotherapy.

Dr. LaMar has worked with individuals across the lifespan, skillfully integrating structured techniques with meaningful introspection to help clients tap into their inner strengths. Her therapeutic style is compassionate and collaborative, rooted in the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth, healing, and purposeful living.
