He has experience with diverse populations and develops his clinical skills under supervision while pursuing his social work degree.

Graduate training under supervision helps him develop practical clinical skills. He has worked with people from varied backgrounds and remains interested in evidence-based methods.

CLINICAL FOCUS

Stan has particular interest in CBT and DBT skills, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and cognitive restructuring.

CBT and DBT skills can help clients identify thinking patterns and manage intense emotions. Stan adapts these tools to the individual rather than treating a modality as the goal.
