Reagan understands that reaching out can feel like a big step. She approaches therapy with empathy and curiosity, working collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences, identify meaningful goals, and build on their strengths.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Reagan’s clinical experience includes conducting intake assessments, participating in psychological testing, assisting with scoring and interpretation, and communicating recommendations to clients and families. Her work in private practice has strengthened her ability to listen carefully, understand each person’s needs, and explain clinical information with clarity and care.

She also has experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault through emergency shelter and crisis hotline work. Her research background includes exploring stress and emotional perception, informing her appreciation for evidence-based care and the relationship between emotions, experiences, and behavior.

CLINICAL FOCUS

Reagan supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, mood concerns, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She is especially interested in helping young people manage school pressures, build confidence, and navigate social difficulties.

Her approach draws primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered care, with psychodynamic, humanistic, and family systems perspectives.
