“Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards.” -Kierkegaard

ABOUT Oliver Brady

Oliver helps clients feel heard as they navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, and questions of identity and purpose. His person-centered style makes room for both immediate concerns and deeper reflection. He finds grounding in gardening and time outdoors.

He believes clients should be able to explore the deeper questions beneath their immediate concerns. His connection to nature subtly informs a grounded and attentive presence.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

His clinical and research experience includes Luminis Health, crisis response, and patient-centered support. He has facilitated peer support groups and worked in community outreach and cultural research on mental health.

Facilitating peer support during the COVID-19 pandemic strengthened Oliver’s appreciation for openness and connection. Community work also reinforced his commitment to inclusive care.

CLINICAL FOCUS

Oliver integrates evidence-based care with existential and mindfulness-based perspectives. He adapts treatment to each client’s background, goals, and needs.

An existential perspective makes space for questions of identity, purpose, and meaning. Mindfulness can help clients notice their experiences as they work through day-to-day challenges.
