“Wellness is personal. We can build on your strengths and create changes that fit the life you want to live.”

ABOUT Megan L. Rosario

Megan works with people who know they want something to change but feel unsure where to start. Whether clients are putting themselves last, struggling to follow through, or looking for more balance, she offers a warm, encouraging space to figure out what matters and take the next step.

She supports people of all ages, couples, and families through collaborative health and wellness coaching. Her style combines compassion, thoughtful challenge, and practical planning, helping clients create goals that fit their lives and reflect their values.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Megan is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who completed her coaching training at Georgetown University, including more than 100 hours of pro bono coaching. She also completed HarvardX’s Managing Happiness certificate program.

Her background in conflict analysis, entrepreneurship, and client relations brings an understanding of competing demands, communication, and problem-solving. She helps clients turn broad intentions into achievable steps, with support and accountability along the way.

CLINICAL FOCUS

Megan helps clients clarify goals, build confidence, establish realistic self-care routines, and navigate change. Coaching can be especially helpful for people who feel stretched thin, stuck in familiar habits, or ready to make more room for their own well-being.

Sessions focus on what the client wants to accomplish and what gets in the way. Together, Megan and her clients identify strengths, break goals into manageable actions, and adjust plans as they learn what works. She makes space to recognize progress, work through setbacks, and keep moving toward a more fulfilling daily life.
