ABOUT Marnee Bloomfield

Marnee brings warmth and more than three decades of health and wellness experience to her counseling work. With practical wisdom and a deep respect for the individual’s own understanding of their life, she works collaboratively with clients to identify goals, recognize strengths, and individualize treatment.

After a career helping people build physical and emotional well-being, Marnee returned to graduate study to expand and deepen her impact. Outside of the office, she enjoys movement, nature, reading, volunteering, connecting with family and friends, and caring for her rescue dogs.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Marnee’s background includes work as a certified exercise physiologist, personal fitness trainer, yoga teacher, and certified pain reprocessing therapist. She has supported people of all ages and abilities, including those managing chronic pain, recovering from injury or surgery, and navigating emotional challenges.

Her experience teaching movement to children and adults has emphasized self-acceptance, confidence, and the connection between physical and emotional well-being. Her volunteer work supporting hospice staff and bereavement outreach has further shaped her appreciation for compassionate presence during difficult times.

CLINICAL FOCUS

Marnee takes an individualized, holistic approach to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. She works alongside clients to understand their concerns and develop tools that fit their needs, goals, and stage of life.
