PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Dr. Featherson’s experience includes individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as psychological testing. She supports people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, relationship concerns, and emotional, behavioral, developmental, or learning challenges.

Through therapy, she helps clients make sense of their experiences and build skills for daily life. Through testing, she helps answer questions, clarify strengths and needs, and guide next steps.

CLINICAL FOCUS

Dr. Featherson’s approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to the person or people in front of her. She draws from CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed Care, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and ACT. Together with her clients, she explores what is working, what feels difficult, and what they would like to change.

She considers the relationships and environments that shape clients’ experiences and how those experiences influence their lives today.
