PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Christine’s clinical experience includes trauma-informed counseling with immigrant communities, LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive clients, and neurodivergent individuals. Their work has incorporated a range of therapeutic approaches, including opportunities to connect with nature as part of the counseling process.

Their specialized training in trauma, crisis, grief, and loss informs a culturally responsive approach to care. Christine also brings experience in student support, community outreach, and psychological research, strengthening their skills in listening, collaboration, and understanding different perspectives.

CLINICAL FOCUS

Christine specializes in supporting individuals who have experienced complex trauma, centering each client’s perspective throughout therapy. They also help clients explore identity, relationships, grief, and the ways overlapping aspects of identity influence their experiences and sense of belonging.

Their integrative approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), existential therapy, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic-based therapy. Christine balances reflection with practical support, helping clients recognize their strengths, build coping skills, and move toward goals at their own pace.
