ABOUT Aryana Nikpora

Aryana recognizes the courage it takes to be vulnerable and begin therapy. At Washington Psychological Wellness, she offers a warm, nonjudgmental space for adults, couples, and families to explore their emotions, relationships, and goals.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Before entering the counseling field, Aryana worked as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting young children with autism. She provided individualized behavioral support and collaborated with parents to strengthen routines, practice skills, and encourage progress in everyday life.

Aryana also contributed to psychotherapy research and co-presented counseling research on indigenous healing methods, multicultural competence, and family-centered care. These experiences inform her appreciation for thoughtful communication, cultural understanding, and the relationships that shape each person’s well-being.
