Brittany Turner, LMSW
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Brittany Turner is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is passionate about helping adolescents, young adults, and families heal from trauma, navigate life's challenges, and build greater confidence and resilience. She understands that every person's story is unique and believes therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
With specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Brittany provides compassionate, trauma-informed care that recognizes both the impact of difficult experiences and each person's capacity for growth and healing. She is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
Brittany has experience working with adolescents and families across school, clinical, and community settings. She takes a person-centered approach to therapy, believing that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important foundations for meaningful change. She works collaboratively with clients to help them identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve their personal goals.
Drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, Brittany integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), play therapy, art therapy, and somatic interventions to meet each client's unique needs. Her holistic approach helps clients develop practical coping skills while also addressing the emotional, physical, and relational impacts of trauma and stress.
Brittany recognizes that healing looks different for everyone. Whether a client is working through trauma, navigating a difficult life transition, or seeking greater self-understanding, she strives to provide specialized support while also celebrating the moments of growth, resilience, and joy that emerge along the way.
