Alaijah Newton is a compassionate and dedicated Client Care Coordinator at Washington Psychological Wellness, where she is often the first friendly voice clients hear. She takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every client, managing calls and emails with care, scheduling appointments with ease, and guiding individuals through the insurance and intake process with warmth and understanding.

With a strong background in healthcare, Alaijah spent several years as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy and CVS, where she gained valuable experience in patient consultations, medication management, and specialty treatments. She also worked as a Medical Administrative Assistant at Elevance Health, providing crucial support to healthcare teams by coordinating patient care, handling insurance processes, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Alaijah has a deep passion for mental health and plans to earn her Doctorate in the field. Her goal is to bridge her healthcare expertise with psychological care, offering a holistic approach to wellness and patient support.

Outside of work, Alaijah loves discovering new restaurants, traveling to exciting destinations, and spending quality time with her partner. She also enjoys practicing Pilates and yoga, recognizing the importance of both physical and mental well-being in everyday life.
