Alexandra is a passionate and dedicated social work intern who believes in the power of human connection, resilience, and growth. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work through the University of Tennessee, Alexandra is committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful healing and personal development.
Drawing from her background as an educator, Alexandra brings a natural ability to connect, motivate, and empower others. As a former teacher, she guided her students toward success with patience, curiosity, and empathy — skills that now deeply inform her therapeutic style. She believes that fostering a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space is the foundation for lasting change.
Alexandra takes a balanced approach to therapy, blending self-compassion with practical, goal-oriented strategies that help her clients feel both supported and challenged. She recognizes that life can be complicated, but she believes that with the right tools, guidance, and encouragement, everyone has the capacity to thrive.
Additionally, Alexandra is bilingual in English and Russian and has extensive experience working in diverse, multicultural settings. She values cultural sensitivity and strives to understand each client’s unique story, background, and strengths.
