Levi White

Graduate Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern

Levi White is a dedicated Graduate Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Washington Psychological Wellness. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hood College, where he also earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Before joining Washington Psychological Wellness, Levi gained valuable experience working as a Mental Health Associate in an acute psychiatric hospital. There, he witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by individuals in crisis and developed a deep appreciation for the importance of compassionate, client-centered care.

He is passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults and is committed to providing affirming care to individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. Levi is particularly interested in working with late adolescents and adults, helping them navigate identity development, life transitions, and mental health challenges with confidence and resilience.

Levi’s approach to counseling is both integrative and person-centered. He believes that no two clients are alike, and therefore, no single therapeutic modality will serve everyone equally well. Instead, he draws from various evidence-based practices to create a tailored approach that honors each client’s unique circumstances and goals. At the heart of his practice is a profound belief in the collaborative nature of therapy—Levi sees himself not as an expert dispensing advice but as a partner walking alongside clients as they navigate their path to well-being.

Throughout his professional journey, Levi has remained committed to the fundamental belief that every person possesses the inner resources needed for growth and healing. His role, as he sees it, is to help clients access these resources, develop greater self-awareness, and cultivate the resilience needed to live authentically and meaningfully.
