Our New Support Group for College Students and Young Professionals is designed to provide a welcoming and nurturing environment for individuals 18 and older. This virtual group therapy experience offers guidance on managing stress, setting healthy boundaries, overcoming perfectionism, and much more. Led by compassionate professionals, this 8-week program empowers participants with the tools to cultivate positivity, strengthen relationships, and find meaning in their journey.

What You’ll Gain: 

Each session in our Support Group for College Students and Young Professionals is designed to help you develop essential life skills, build resilience, and foster a strong sense of self. Over the course of 8 weeks, we will explore these transformative topics:

This 8-week virtual program meets every Tuesday from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., starting March 25th, 2025, through May 13th, 2025
