At Washington Psychological Wellness, we recognize the importance of having a supportive space to share experiences, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.
Our New Support Group for College Students and Young Professionals is designed to provide a welcoming and nurturing environment for individuals 18 and older. This virtual group therapy experience offers guidance on managing stress, setting healthy boundaries, overcoming perfectionism, and much more. Led by compassionate professionals, this 8-week program empowers participants with the tools to cultivate positivity, strengthen relationships, and find meaning in their journey.
