EmpowerKids: Life And Social Skills for Ages 9-11
Children are exposed to various stressors and challenges in the rapidly changing world. Learning to cope with these challenges from a young age is crucial. EmpowerKids aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children ages 9-11 can learn essential social and life skills. This group will focus on stress management, self-awareness, empathy, effective communication, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Ericka Jennings, Clinical Mental Health Intern at Washington Psychological Wellness, will lead the sessions.
